Ingredients
  

Quick Shake Base

  • 12 ounces Ready to Drink Protein Shake Fairlife or Lean Body brands
  • 3 ounces Greek Yogurt Mix & match flavors!
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter Adds great roasted flavor
  • 2 tbsp Instant Pudding Mix Optional thickener. Or use 10g collagen or 1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Yogurt Base

  • 1.25 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 ounces Milk or Milk Substitute Almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder Optional

Chocolate Milk Base

  • 12 ounces Milk or Milk Substitute
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • To taste Sweetener Honey, Stevia, or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Instant Pudding Mix

Cottage Cheese Base

  • 1.5 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 4 ounces Milk or Milk Substitute
  • 1.5 scoops Protein Powder Optional
  • To taste Sweetener

Mix-Ins & Re-Spin

  • 1-2 ounces Milk For re-spinning if crumbly
  • Varies Cookies Optional mix-in (or use nuts, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • For the Quick Shake Base: Pour protein shake, Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and instant pudding mix into your pint container. Whisk until completely smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes, then cover and freeze.
  • For the Yogurt Base: Whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and protein powder in the pint container until smooth. Let rest briefly, cover, and freeze.
  • For the Chocolate Milk Base: Mix milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and pudding mix. Blend well with a handheld frother until lump-free. Rest for 10 minutes, cover, and freeze.
  • For the Cottage Cheese Base: Blend cottage cheese, milk, protein powder, and sweetener in a blender for 60 seconds until perfectly smooth and velvety. Pour into the pint container, cover, and freeze.
  • Freezing & Spinning: Freeze your chosen base on a level surface for a full 24 hours. Remove from the freezer and thaw on the counter for 10 minutes. Lock the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl and press the "Lite Ice Cream" button.
  • Re-Spin & Mix-Ins: If the ice cream looks crumbly, add 1-2 ounces of milk to the center and press "Re-spin". Dig a hole in the center, add your desired mix-ins (like crushed cookies), and press the "Mix-in" button.

Notes

For best results, do not rush the 24-hour freezing process. Ensure your freezer is sufficiently cold and the pint freezes on a perfectly flat surface.
